All of our products are shipped through Royal Mail the day prior to receiving your order. 
After we have processed your order you will receive and email from Royal Mail with options for your delivery. We strongly advise to provide Royal Mail with alternative options for your delivery if you are unavailable to receive the delivery, to ensure that you receive it on your chosen delivery date. 



Whilst we send out or products as soon as possible, there will be the rare occasion that Royal Mail are unable to deliver your product to you in time. We hope this does not happen however we can not take any liability for this and Royal Mail will try and deliver to you the next available delivery date.
