Refund Policy
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or returns on perishable goods such as food if they have already been baked and handled. If you have purchased an order by mistake you may be eligible for a refund or exchange if you contact us before the order has been sent for delivery.


If you are eligible for a refund or exchange please e-mail us at brwniebakes@gmail.com, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase within your e-mail.

Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


 
Corporate & Larger Orders
For bulk orders we will be unable to offer a refund once payment has been made.
